Co-founder and constant promoter of Loading Lab, Mariangela, 1978, since 2005 designs and produces audiovisual and mixed media works.
With a background of training in Interaction Design for the practices of art and culture, she combines experience as film producer and creative director of communications projects. Loading Lab is the space where she realizes her attitude to tell stories, where the involvement of the public meets the moving image research.
Since 2010 she collaborates with The Shift, a film company specialized in computer graphics, 3D and 2D animation and special effects, which whom she realized animation projects for international clients.

As project manager she loves to go deep in detailed envisioning activities. The creation of a vital and heterogeneous team is the kickstart, and during production a crew that works is her pride, as well as client satisfaction is the motivation for getting enrolled in new and more innovative projects.

She trains constantly to switch between creative research and obsessive planning and management activities; for a period she has been working in the world of racing competitions and from that experience she learns to run.

She is an irreducible socialite and in New York feels at home. She loves to go to museums on sunday, as often come back to Puglia, always remembering where she comes from.
